Adam Ugolnik is Director of Brand Management in Communications for Northrop Grumman Corporation. In this role, Ugolnik is responsible for owning the corporate brand standards and leading the creation of written and visual content, designing impactful guest experiences, supporting corporate events and co-executing marketing, advertising and social media campaigns.
During Ugolnik's career at Northrop Grumman, he co-championed the company's first branded content thought leadership site, Now, designed research labs, maker spaces and work environments across the globe, and led the design and installation of Northrop Grumman visitor centers throughout Southern California and Florida. He has driven internal morale-building culture campaigns through numerous corporate acquisitions and the rolling-out of three company brand refreshes. Additionally, he has directly supported the capture, marketing and sustainment of numerous multi-billion dollar contracts. 
Prior to his current role, Ugolnik has held multi-faceted positions escalating in scale and responsibility. As a multimedia producer, he oversaw the production of the award winning One Magazine, Revolution and Inside Aerospace print publications while producing digital animations, pen-illustrations, film storyboards and executive presentations. As a graphic designer he worked the front lines of aerospace trade show exhibits and their related print and digital collateral. 
Highlights of Ugolnik's career include developing early concepts for a modular Mars base for NASA's Orion program, partnering with Los Angeles-based Da Vinci High Schools in producing a Northrop Grumman innovation center for STEAM students in Los Angeles, and ground-breaking achievements he has supported in collaboration with the Department of Defense.
Ugolnik graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1999 with a BFA in industrial design. He is a graduate of Northrop Grumman's Leadership Cohort Program and the Jack Franchetti Communications Media Training Program. He is a 2019, 2020 and 2021 Telly Award winner, holds an Agile Scrum Master PSM I certification from Scrum.org and is a U.S. patent holder.
Ugolnik has participated in and moderated panel discussions and films and continues sharing his experiences with peers and industry professionals through networking, weekly collaboration sessions and long-form editorial.
