Falls Church, Virginia — In February of 2017, I had the honor of announcing the launch of Now — a slick, newsfeed-style website featuring story-telling content based around new frontiers, technology, science and national security. At the time, this was a new style of communication for Northrop Grumman and the site has since become one of the corporation’s most visited destinations.
Now features both outside writers with science and technology expertise and Northrop Grumman employee-contributors expressing their interests, thought-leadership and reflective voice. The stories are cutting edge and aim to forge cultural connections with the scientifically curious.
My specific role in this endeavor was the proposal of the concept to executive leadership, researching and vetting outside talent and resources, art-directing the build and development of the site, establishing an internal editorial board, and leading the administration of the first year of seed-content.
